In an Instagram post, Kris Aquino talked about her ex-boyfriend Dr. Mike Padlan and made a few edits because of this reason.

Dr. Mike Padlan was the last man Kris Aquino had a relationship with; however, it did not work out between the two of them. She previously talked about him, and his profession was easily the reason why they smoothly connected with each other.

He specializes in trauma surgery and was among the doctors who took care of her while they were in a relationship. However, some time after their split had been confirmed, Kris talked about a “painful truth” about their relationship.

Accordingly, it was a painful breakup for her. He left her for his love of travel; he left her for freedom. As per her words, “The doctor I loved left me because he wanted the freedom to travel, to break free from needing to care for & the reality of KRIS AQUINO who had multiplying autoimmune diseases with so few treatment options.”

She was convinced he did not love her and added that even though they were already a couple, he received proper professional fees for taking care of her. She wrote, “The TRUTH, in his words: ‘INIWAN KITA DAHIL MAHIRAP KANG MAHALIN, sobrang sikip ng paligid.’”


She just wished he would stop trash-talking and cursing her friends and doctors.

After it earned huge attention online, Kris made a few edits considering the other people close to her who got affected by her post. She edited her post for the two children she loved and who will remain in her heart forever. She wrote, “M and M made me smile, laugh, and value life’s simple pleasures.”

She might not see them grow up anymore, but she, at least, fulfilled her promises to them.
