David Chua confirmed that his father passed away at the age of 70, based on the article in PEP. The actor-director expressed regret about not having enough time with his father.
The last time they saw each other was in 2002 and they would just contact each other through an online messaging app. With this, he reminded the public not to dwell on hate and just be shocked when the time comes that the person is no longer around.
David shared that when he learned about his father’s death, he immediately went to the hospital and funeral home. He paid the expenses.
At the funeral home, he asked for a moment with his father. Sabi ko, rest in peace.

The actor-director shared that he could not relate to his father and that they would not jive because the latter believed that Andres Bonifacio and Jose Rizal are his friends, and he believed in UFO.
